We are Hysopt
Hysopt is a rapidly growing spin-off from the University of Antwerp. Our highly skilled team develops and uses unique cloud software, that helps building owners optimise their HVAC systems on a large scale. The purpose is to heat and cool large buildings more efficiently, which helps to reduce energy costs and transfer to a zero-carbon future. That’s our answer in the fight against global warming.

Agrim – Software Developer
As you get lots of responsibilities from the very beginning, learning opportunities are vast for a ‘fresher’. You can make changes that go into production (the actual changes to the software) from your first weeks, which is not so common in most IT companies. By taking various learning courses and attending conferences, or even getting guidance from your seniors, sharpening your skills is very much encouraged.

Our process
Step 1
Application
You come across one of our job openings that piques your interest. On top of that, you feel like you meet the necessary requirements. You don’t hesitate and apply via our website or one of the job boards. Now it’s our turn.
Step 2
Screening
Our recruitment team receives your application and gets to work right away. If your profile seems to align with what we’re looking for, we’ll reach out to you as soon as possible. If it’s not an immediate match, we’ll inform you as well.
Step 3
Interviews
We schedule a call with our recruitment team as a first step in the interview process. If you’re still in the running, a second, more comprehensive, interview will be planned. At last, you’ll have the opportunity to spend a day at the office with us.
Step 4
Proposition
