2020 in Review: a Difficult but Impactful year

2020, a special but also a rough year for all of us.

It was a unique, difficult year for many people and companies. For us at Hysopt, it was the same. We did a lot of things to stay active, to find new ways to our  clients to take on a more efficient and sustainable approach to energy consumption,… But, we are very proud of what we achieved. Despite everything, we succeeded in making a real difference for our planet.

A real difference for our planet

We reduced 8151,7 tons of CO₂ emissions and saved €747.091,48 in operational energy costs for our clients.

This CO₂ reduction is equivalent to 1751 passenger vehicles being driven for one entire year, or the same amount of CO₂ that 407.585 trees consume every year! We are incredibly proud of this result, and our goal for 2021 is to do even better.

The next step for Hysopt as a company

Apart from creating an impact for our planet, Hysopt truly grew as a company. We added multiple new integrations in our software, organized four different e-academies to educate HVAC experts around the world, and hired five new additions to the team in three different countries.

In 2021 Hysopt will continue to focus on helping more organisations to reduce their carbon output, lower their energy costs, whilst maintaining perfect comfort.
